Hi, I’m Brad. I’m the Chief Hemp Officer at Hippie Butter and I’m here to teach you how to make Hemp Seed Oil Mayonnaise with hippie butter hemp seed oil.
It’s really easy and takes one egg, 1 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of mustard powder, a clove of organic garlic minced, salt and pepper to taste and ¾ cup hemp seed oil.
First I’m going to put the egg in, the lemon juice, the mustard powder, the garlic, and the salt and pepper into any blender or food processor. I’m using my Magic Bullet, it makes it really easy. I’m going to stir this up a couple of times to mix these ingredients.
The trick to making mayonnaise is adding the hemp seed oil very slowly. After I get all the oil in, I like to scrap down the sides one time.
Now you have the perfect hemp seed oil mayonnaise that goes great with any type of salads and sandwiches.

Home-made hempseed oil mayonnaise
Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the yolk with salt, pepper, one teaspoon of a pple balsamico and 1 teaspoon of a pple balsamico mustard . Use an electric hand mixer.
With the hand mixer, mix in the hempseed oil, first in drips, then gradually increase the volume until it becomes a thick pulp.
The mayonnaise thus prepared should be consumed on the same day. Raw egg yolk can be replaced with the grated yolk of a boiled egg, and then be stored in the fridge for several days for consumption.
