How To Use

In a seed tray, lay a single mat and cover with enough water to moisten the fibre. Sprinkle seeds (mustard, cress, wheatgrass etc.) evenly onto the damp mat and co ver in darkness to encourage germination.

Once shoots have established (within approx. 3 days), uncover and keep the tray on a warm windowsill and in direct sunlight. Reapply water daily using a spray mister.
